For BJJ & MMA school owners
You are paying for trials that never show up.
Same story every time you run ads. A pile of leads, half of them never answer, and the ones who book a trial do not turn up. Meanwhile the agency running it has never trained a day in its life.
I am giving three schools the whole system free — the content, the ads, and lead response that answers every enquiry in under a minute. You cover the ad spend. Nothing else.
3 schools only · No fee · No contract · You pay Meta direct
Sound familiar
You are the best school in town and the one down the road is busier.
Not because they teach better. Because they answer the phone and you are on the mat.
- You ran ads once. They brought in tire-kickers who booked a trial and never showed.
- Your content looks like every other school's, because it came out of a stock library.
- Leads sit unanswered for two days while you are on the mat teaching.
- Marketing is the thing you will get to after class. It has been three years.
Every one of these costs you a member you already paid to reach. And every one of them is fixable in about a week.
Tale of the tape
What you get from me versus what you get from an agency.

Typical agencyHow it works
The Five-Round System.
What happens at your school in the next thirty days.
The offer
Three schools. No fee.
I need three case studies with real numbers in them, and I would rather earn them than invent them. So the first three schools get the entire system — content, ads, capture and the response engine — and pay me nothing for it.
You cover the ad spend, which goes straight to Meta and never touches me. When the three are gone, this becomes a paid service.
If it works, we talk about the full system - the monthly content engine on top of all of it. If it does not, you have lost nothing and you keep the creative either way.
What you get
- A monthly shot list, then I cut and post the content
- Ad creative promoted from whatever performs best
- Campaign built, launched and managed
- A lead form that filters time-wasters
- Instant text and call on every lead
- Missed calls to the gym texted back
- A plain-English report, and the ads are yours
What I ask for
- The ad spend, paid straight to the platform
- Twenty minutes of phone footage from my shot list
- Someone who can answer my questions
- An honest review at the end — good or bad
- If it worked, the actual numbers, on record
Who is in your corner
I am eighteen, I train, and I am building my first case studies.
The part most people would leave off a website: I have no results to show you yet. No screenshots, no testimonials, no numbers. That is exactly why the first campaign is free — I would rather hand you something real and earn the proof than borrow somebody else's and hope you do not check.

Questions
The things everyone asks first.
I have tried ads before and they did not work.
Almost always the same cause: the ads were built on generic content that could have been any school. Nobody chooses a place to train because of a stock photo — they choose it because something about the room felt right. That is why the first thing I send you is a shot list, not an invoice. Twenty minutes of real footage from your own mats beats anything I could buy, and if the footage is honest the ad does most of the work by itself.
How much ad spend do I need?
Less than you would think, and we will set it together on the call once I know your market and what a student is worth to you. More spend buys you an answer faster, not a different answer — so I would rather start where you are comfortable, see something real, and scale that than have you commit money before either of us knows what is landing.
How long before I see leads?
Usually the first week, sometimes the first few days. Enrollments take longer — someone has to book a trial, show up, take the class and decide. Anyone promising you signed students in seventy-two hours is selling you the lead number, not the outcome.
Why is it free? What is the catch?
No catch, and the reason is straightforward. I am starting out and I have no case studies. I can either invent proof, which would be worthless the moment anyone checked, or I can go earn one. The free campaign is me buying a real result from a real school. You get the upside of that trade — and if it does not work you are out the ad spend you set and nothing else, with no contract to cancel.
Where are you based? Does it matter?
Austin, and no, it does not matter. I run everything remotely — the ads, the creative, the lead follow-up. Your city is where the ads point, not where I have to be. If someone at your school can hold a phone steady for twenty minutes, distance is irrelevant.
Take the first round
Three free campaigns. Then I start charging.
Fifteen minutes on the phone. I will ask what a member is worth to you and what you have already tried, then tell you straight whether I think I can help. If I cannot, I will say so and you will have lost a quarter of an hour.
Every week you wait is another month of trials that book and never show.
